Chandrika Rao serves as Chief of Operations at Shamiri. Her previous roles include leading operations and product design at Nuru Solutions, an agri-data social enterprise in Kenya, and serving as Global Operations Manager at ROSE Women's Foundation, where she designed a strategy to scale program reach by 300%. She has built and led behavioral health programs for youth and underserved communities across the United States. Her educational background includes an MA in International Relations from American University's School of International Service and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
