Chandrika holds an MA in International Relations from American University's School of International Service and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
Chandrika Rao is the Chief of Operations at Shamiri. Previously, she led operations and product design at Nuru Solutions, an agri-data social enterprise in Kenya, and served as Global Operations Manager at ROSE Women's Foundation, where she designed a strategy to scale program reach by 300%.
She has also built and led behavioral health programs for youth and unreached communities across the US.
