Nickson is the Senior Associate of Partnerships and Government Relations at Shamiri, where he drives the integration of the Shamiri Program into public sector infrastructure. Passionate about implementation science, he bridges the gap between clinical evidence and actionable adolescent mental health policy across Sub-Saharan Africa. Nickson holds a First-Class Honors degree in Counseling Psychology from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is an alumnus of the Millennium Fellowship.
