Veronica is the Director, Care at Shamiri, where she drives strategies that shape programs, strengthen referral pathways, and ensures the highest standards of caregiving and implementation. With 9+ years of experience spanning therapy, supervision, and program leadership, she brings both clinical depth and systems-level expertise. Before stepping into leadership, Veronica worked as a therapist for 4 years, supporting diverse clients through psychosocial challenges, and later advanced through different roles, including Program Associate, Senior Associate, and Programs Manager at Shamiri Institute. She holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology and is pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field at Kenyatta University.
